Dar Al Coffee is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the aroma alone lets you know you're in for something special. Their coffee lineup is incredible—whether you're sipping a sweet, dreamy Yemeni Cookie latte or trying their matcha that somehow tastes like caramelized banana (yes, seriously!), every drink is a hit. And if you're into more traditional coffee, theirs will knock your socks off—way better than your average American brew.

Don’t even get me started on the pastries. They source them locally from Le Bakery, and every bite is divine. This place blends bold, authentic flavors with cozy vibes and top-tier quality. A must-visit for any coffee lover! Service is slow but you can tell they put in thoughtful care of each item's quality.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this place definitely deserves five stars! From the warm welcome to the friendly atmosphere and outstanding hospitality — everything was spot on. The waffles were unbelievably delicious ,served hot, perfectly balanced (not too sweet), and an ideal match with a cup of tea.

We tried the chocolate and pistachio flavour , and to our surprise, we were also treated to a complimentary Oreo and Biscoff waffle. Also tried the pistachio croissant ( this could be a bit softer) and the cream and honey bread which was quite fresh.

Definitely worth a visit!

Dare I say, best waffles in Peoria? Go ahead, challenge me. The waffles are exceptional! Crispy, fluffy, light and chewy... simply perfect. Wide variety of topping options to choose from, well worth the wait (which wasn't too long). We also enjoyed the coffee, very smooth and delicious. Flavors sound sweet, but actually aren't sweet. We will be back for more soon!

What a gem this place is! As soon as you walk in the door you are hit with the amazing aroma of coffee and baked good. The staff was so friendly. We will definitely be back! We had the biscoff waffle, the pistachio and Nutella waffle. The Yemen cookie latte is fantastic!

I hope this place thrives quickly and for a long time. My wife and I went in and were greeted immediately by the barista. We loved the friendly service and aesthetic of the place. Additionally, the lattes we got were smooth and delicious. She got the pistachio rose latte and I got the biscoff latte. Neither was too sweet which we appreciated.

The best part, however, was the waffle. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but it wasn't what I got....and that's a good thing. I was worried the waffle might be too sweet or heavy and it was neither. The texture was perfect with a crispy outside and a soft inside, and my wife and I crushed our orders in one sitting. It's safe to say we will be back often!

My husband and I came here today to check out this new place.. the staff were super friendly and the service was quick. We got the banana latte, the pistachio rose latte, and the strawberry Nutella croffle. Taste-wise, everything was incredible.. I got mine half sweet which was absolutely delightful especially with the butterscotch cold foam on the banana latte. The other latte was a total treat and very Instagramable (if you're into it). The croffle was crispy and buttery and came out hot with loads of Nutella and fresh strawberries which made it that much better. Next time I'd go light on Nutella but that's my preference. The only thing I'll knock is the atmosphere just because of the ultra white fluorescent lighting making it a little too ~hospital~ for such a cool place. Otherwise 10/10 this place needs to stay in business because I will be coming back many many more times.

Great coffee shop. The menu is the best I've ever seen. Superb taste and options. The waffles are to die for! I highly recommend a visit if you come to town or live here.

Service and atmosphere was great! I got an Iced Honey Bean latte and it was delicious. I also got the Strawberry Banana Nutella Croffle. It had fresh fruit and is big enough to share or save and have a sweet treat later. Highly recommend

Stopped in Saturday morning for some coffee and a waffle. Strawberry, banana and Nutella for me and pistachio crunch for my husband. Both were very good. Made fresh when ordered. Such nice guys too! We recommend giving them a try!!

First time here...everything was so amazing. They make the waffles fresh, and they are the best I've EVER had anywhere. I wasn't sure what to order and the staff was so.kind and helpful. The cascara iced coffee is also a must try. Can't wait to come back!!

We love this little coffee shop! The staff is wonderful and so friendly. There is normally a little bit of a wait because they are always busy (because its so good), but it is well worth it! You HAVE to try one of the croffles! Words can not discribe how delicious they are. Absolute 10/10

The staff was so friendly and helpful, the coffee tasted soooo good too. I got the nutella coffee and it was perfect. I also got the strawberry nutella waffles and they were so good as well. You definitely need to try this place.

Stopped by for the first time today and was really impressed! The coffee was absolutely delicious — rich and smooth with great flavor. The staff was so warm and friendly,which made the experience even better. You can tell they care about what they do and the people who walk in. Really good coffee. Ordered a cappuccino and Adeni Chai. Reasonable prices $11 for the 2 drinks. The chai tasted very authentic and was freshly steeped, not a powder. Very helpful customer service. The place is a bit smaller but the decor and theme is really cute.

Me and my daughter got the Dubai chocolate strawberry cups. They were phenomenal. I can’t wait to go and try all the other things on the menu. Everything looks so delicious. It’s very clean high luxury coffee shop.

This is my favorite place in Peoria and makes me feel connected to Peoria in a way that only a few other places here have ever done. The staff are super friendly and helpful. It is cozy and comfortable whether it is during a busy rush, a mellow lull, or anything in between. I adore the murals and the atmosphere in general. Every single item I've tried so far is incredible. The adeni chai tastes the way getting a good hug feels. The caramelized banana matcha is consistently so good that even though I've had it many times, I have not yet managed to stop and take a picture of it before drinking it. It took a lot if self restraint today to take a picture of the pistachio rose matcha first. The croffles are two of my favorite breakfast foods combined into one incredible experience of a pastry. Do yourself a favor and try literally anything they have — they don't disappoint!!

Highly recommend! The croffles are not to be missed, and the coffee is just as delicious. Loved all of the different flavors of lattes to choose from. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back again anytime I’m in Peoria!

My mother and I loved this place! I went and ordered a pistachio latte, she got a strawberry shortcake latte, and we got a pistachio chocolate choffle to share. Everything was delicious and everyone was friendly. Their blend of coffee was nostalgic for me, and reminded me of the time I lived in Iraq with my family. I will definitely be returning!

We’ve been eyeing Dar-Al Coffee for a while and finally went at the beginning of June… it was PACKED! The baristas show their craft and meticulous care in their drinks and food menu. Everything is hand-crafted, made slowly and carefully; which in turn results in an incredible result…. Artisanal coffee shop. I’m waiting to go back and indulge in their menu. SHUKRAN my friends 🤲🏼
